The entire industry
Most email events pick a side. Deliverability or marketing, tech or brand. Forum is one space where both show up, because the best work happens where they meet.
16 & 17 November 2026 / Marylebone, Central London
Email has always been two worlds that rarely meet. The senders and the marketers. The engineers and the strategists. Forum is where they come together.
Why Forum

Most email events pick a side. Deliverability or marketing, tech or brand. Forum is one space where both show up, because the best work happens where they meet.

Fifteen years of neutral ground means one thing. What you hear at Forum earns its place on merit.

The platforms, the providers, the practitioners and the decision makers, in one place for two days. Conversations that take months over email happen here in an afternoon.
Format
Track one
For the people who own the programme. Strategy, engagement, data, lifecycle and the commercial reality of the inbox. Run as a mixed classroom and theatre setup, built for discussion rather than slide decks. Sender Symposium now lives inside Forum. No booths, no sales floor, just the work.
Track two
For the people who run the pipes. Sending architecture and operations at scale, the receiving side, standards implementation, abuse prevention and enterprise email security. A dedicated email security strand runs within this track.
One ticket covers both tracks. Move between them freely.

Fifteen years of neutral ground. What you hear at Forum earns its place on merit, not by who paid for it.
Who should attend
Practitioners, team leaders, consultants and technology providers.
Programme at a glance
Details of the networking activities will be announced closer to the date.

Perfect setting for good talks with industry peers. Not your average conference where you have already seen half of the presentations elsewhere. The people, the content, the venues. It clearly shows that Andrew and Nely organise these events with impressive passion and dedication. It is growing into a real community and it feels like having a secondary family. SURBL is proud to support it.
Raymond Dijkxhoorn / SURBLVenue
A Grade I listed church in Marylebone, five minutes from Marble Arch and ten from Paddington. Two floors, two tracks, and a main room with the kind of acoustics you only get in a building like this.

About
We are emailexpert. For over fifteen years we have provided neutral ground where the email industry comes together. Engineers and marketers, deliverability specialists and brand leaders, the platforms that power email and the people who put it to work.
That is what makes Forum different. It is not a vendor's event and it is not one discipline's club. It is the entire industry under one roof, hosted by the people who have spent decades bringing it together. London, this November, for the first time.
